Today, I will explain you,  how to learn meditation for beginners, step by step in Simple and effective way.  

HOW TO MEDITATE  | SIMPLE MEDITATION STEP BY STEP PROCESS  FOR BEGINNERS   - AND THEIR BENEFITS 

Guided Meditation, Mindfulness meditation 

Step -1

Find the Right Place For your Meditation Practice :

















Find the right place for your meditation practice :  You can choose your bed room or hall, beach, park, below the tree, your school or collage, mountain area, or even in your office/working place, what ever area your comfortable is very important. Because you will connect your inner self. Calm and Nature Friendly Area is best for the meditation practice. 

Note:  While you meditation practice switch -off the cell phones or Avoid Electronic Gadgets like cell Phone, Tab, Laptop etc..,


Step -2


Comfortable Posture :

















Once, you find the right place for your meditation practice, then Second step is Posture of Meditation. Straight spine, crossed legs, cross your hand fingers, and close your eyes {This is lotus position of meditation, Lots of Indian and Tibetan monks, yogis  practice in this way on thousands of years}.  They are meditate several days without food and water, in this way.  This  posture  is a proper  way to practice meditation. This position improve your concentration naturally.  

If you are not to able this position you will simply sit in a chair, sofa or even bench, after you will straight your spine and cross your hand fingers, and finally close your eyes. This is also improve your concentration.

Note: Comfortable is very important, while you are meditation practice. 

Step - 3

Follow Your Breathing:













You are sit in a comfortable position, then you are ready to third step.  The Third Step is Concentrate in your breathing. After 1 or 2 minutes of meditation you will find you have so many  thoughts in your brain { they simply compare to the clouds on the sky}. Example: you will think your friends, and your office work, your family member what they do now, etc.., don't follow this thoughts, these thoughts are distract you, Simply you will follow your breath. 

Breathing is always process of human life.  Another name of breathing are Prana, chi energy, yogic breathing or Reiki so many names and  so many religions and cultures. 

How to follow your breath :  

Sit in comfortable position, close your eyes, be conscious about your breathing, breath slowly no need to rush, breath in, breath out slowly and deeply.  When you breath in, feel the your breathing in the vital energy from this infinite universe and when you breath out feel that all the stress and negative energy is going out of your body.  

Step - 4

Open Your Eyes Slowly:

When you are decide to stop your meditation, after that Rub your palms of your hands for 1 or 2 seconds then put your palms on your eyes then slowly open your eyes without any rush and slowly move your body parts { this is the right way to end your meditation }, you feel fresh and relaxed all of your body, mind, soul.  

Step - 5

Practice Regularly:


Spend at least 5-10 minuter per day for meditation. Regular practice of meditation can change your life.  Take challenge of 40 days of meditation practice. Improve your time of meditation 15,20,30,1 hour.  You are see the results with in 40 days.  I am strongly recommended to take this challenge. you are seeing in real you.
